Terms of Service

Terms governing access to Clinical Cyber Dispatch free and planned paid intelligence products.

Effective date: May 13, 2026

Informational use only

Clinical Cyber Dispatch provides cybersecurity intelligence for informational and operational planning purposes. It is not legal, regulatory, compliance, medical, or incident-response advice. Verify vulnerability and regulatory information against primary sources, vendor advisories, counsel, and your organization's incident response procedures.

Subscriber responsibilities

You are responsible for evaluating whether any recommendation applies to your environment. Do not submit PHI/ePHI, credentials, logs, sensitive incident details, or confidential third-party information through public forms or email replies unless a separate written agreement authorizes that exchange.

Acceptable use

You may not use the publication, member forms, comments, or contact paths to submit malicious content, credentials, protected health information, exploit payloads, sensitive logs, confidential incident details, or information you are not authorized to share.

Subscription and payment terms

Professional and enterprise features are planned but not fully launched until readiness checks pass. Availability, pricing, scope, payment processor terms, cancellation terms, refund criteria, and renewal terms will be presented before any paid subscription is accepted. Paid checkout must remain disabled until these disclosures are live. Paid content must not be redistributed outside the subscribing organization unless explicitly permitted.

Paid/pro features do not create a managed security service, managed detection service, incident-response engagement, legal engagement, regulatory engagement, or breach-notification advisory engagement unless separately contracted in writing.

No business associate agreement, managed security relationship, managed detection relationship, incident-response representation, or regulatory advisory representation is created without a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

Security and incident handling

If we become aware of unauthorized access to subscriber systems or data under our control, we will investigate, preserve relevant evidence, notify affected users when legally required, and take reasonable containment and remediation steps. These terms do not create a HIPAA business associate relationship unless a separate written agreement says so.

Security and vulnerability contact

Security and vulnerability reports should be sent to ceo.clinicalcyber@proton.me with non-sensitive summary details. Do not include exploit code, credentials, PHI/ePHI, or sensitive logs in the first contact message.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clinical Cyber Dispatch is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or business-interruption damages arising from use of the publication or reliance on informational content.
