What qualifies as a correction

A correction is any published statement that was materially wrong at publication time: a wrong CVE, product, version, date, deadline scope, directive status, incident fact, regulatory status, or score. Presentation fixes (typos, layout) that do not change meaning are noted as revisions, not corrections.

How corrections are logged

Corrections are appended to this page with the issue reference, the original statement, the corrected statement, the correction date, and the source evidence supporting the correction. The corrected issue page is updated with an inline correction notice.

How to report a possible correction

Email ceo.clinicalcyber@proton.me with the issue link and the source you believe contradicts our statement. Include only non-sensitive summary information: do not send PHI/ePHI, credentials, logs, or confidential incident details.
